1.1 Young & Amazing Limited (“we” or “us”) are committed to your privacy. This policy explains how we will collect, use and maintain you and your child’s personal information when you access our website or submit enquiries to us. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information.

2.1 We may change this policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We recommend you review this policy whenever you access our website to ensure you are aware of any updates.

3.1 When you submit enquires to us through our website we may collect, store and use the personal information you submit to us. This may include (but is not limited to) your name, contact details, your child’s name, age and other relevant personal information.

3.2 You will be deemed to have consented to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information by submitting an enquiry to us. Where you provide personal information about any other person, you warrant and represent to us that you have authority to provide that personal information on that individual’s behalf.

3.3 You are entitled to make anonymous enquires with us, but if you do not provide relevant personal information to us, we may not be able to properly provide you with information about our services.

(a) provide you with relevant information about our childcare services, or in connection with our services;

(b) to contact you about additional services or features we may offer in future; and

5.1 Where you provide personal information about you, or your child to us in accordance with clause 3.1 we will only share that personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

(b) where you expressly authorise the disclosure of your personal information, and in some circumstances your child’s personal information; or

(c) where it is required by law.

6.1 While no service is completely secure, we will endeavour to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
