1.1 Welcome to Young & Amazing Limited’s (“Y&A”) website: (“Site”).

1.2 Y&A (“we” or “us”) is an early childhood education centre based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our website provides information about our services to existing customers and to parents or caregivers looking to potentially use our services.

1.3 These website terms of use (“Terms”) outline the terms regarding your use of the Site and are a legally binding contract between you and Y&A, so please read these Terms carefully. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not continue to access the Site.

1.4 In exchange for you complying with the Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable licence to use and access the Site


2.1 We may change these Terms from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. We recommend you review these Terms whenever you access our website to ensure you are aware of any updates.

2.2 If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Site. Continued use of the Site after we notify you of such changes is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.


3.1 You agree you will not, nor will you encourage or assist others to harm the Site or use the Site to harm others. You agree you will not:

(f) use the Site beyond the features allocation and amounts provided from time to time or in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy; and/or

(g) use the Site to violate any law of distribute malware or malicious content;

3.2 As part of our efforts to protect the Site, or our customers, or to stop you from breaching these Terms we retain the absolute right to block or otherwise prevent your use of the Site.


4.1 Y&A or its licensors own and reserve all rights, title and interests in all intellectual property on this Site (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings and videos displayed from time to time). You may not use, copy or modify this website for any purpose other than to view information about our services and Y&A.

4.2 If you provide feedback, comments, suggestions and recommendations to Y&A about the Site, you are automatically assigning any such rights to this information to Y&A.


5.1 To the extent permitted by law, Y&A:

(a) provides the Site on an “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available” basis;

(b) makes no representations or warranties or conditions whether express or implied of any type whatsoever, including but not limited to warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement in relation to the site and services; and

(c) does not guarantee that the use of the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

5.2 We can make any changes, updates or enhancements to the Site at any time. We may also add or remove functionalities or features, or we may suspend or stop the Site altogether.

5.3 If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site or with these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.


6.1 These Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by relevant law. If a court holds that we cannot enforce a part of these Terms as written, those terms will be replaced with similar terms to the extent enforceable under New Zealand law, but the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.

6.2 Our failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver. A finding that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable will not affect any other part of these Terms.

6.3 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
